There is a date strip above your expenses that most people never tap. It is the fastest way to find the night nobody can account for.

I am a suitcase, so I think in days. Day one is the day I get packed badly. Day four is the day something leaks. The app thinks in days too, but it is quieter about it than I am.
Above the expense list there is a strip of dates. It scrolls sideways. Tap one and the list underneath collapses to just that day — every coffee, every taxi, every round that somebody insists they paid for. Tap it again and you are back to everything.
This matters more than it sounds. Almost every argument about money on a trip is really an argument about one evening. Nobody disputes the flights. They dispute Tuesday. Being able to put Tuesday on the screen on its own, with nothing else around it, ends most of those conversations before they start.
The strip only shows days that have something on them. A day with no expenses is not a day, as far as I am concerned.
